As you will notice we keep our walls at a nice safe height, right around four feet. Most companies use pits that are 5 to 6 feet tall. How can you see and monitor what is going on inside the pit with that much foam. Our event is lot’s of fun but most importantly very safe! Read below and this will tell you why we do things the way we do.

Foam dance lawsuit
Tissue analysis and toxicology tests are still being performed to determine the cause of death of a 21-year-old with a heart condition who was found dead with a .260 blood-alcohol level (three times the legal limit) after a "foam party" in a South Padre Island nightclub, but her family's lawyers have already filed a lawsuit blaming the death on "excessive foam."
